Vanesa’s a spiritual healer and teacher specializing in Reiki, Regression, and Plant Medicine. She transforms childhood and generational trauma, limiting beliefs, and suppressed emotions in her one on one sessions. In addition to her clients Vanesa hosts group Tobacco ceremonies and teaches Reiki.  Vanesa has also produced a purchasable Meditation Guide teaching six different forms of meditation ranging from mastering the basics to her elemental meditation.

After losing all her immediate family by the age of 21, Vanesa sought out meditation and healing. Throughout her journey of healing herself she found her calling to help heal others. In conjunction with learning from local resources, Vanesa has travelled internationally experiencing various cultures to further her development of Self and bring back new teachings for her clients and students.
